Advantages of the Anjouan gambling licence

How to start a gambling company in Anjouan

In order to prepare for the application , you will first need to set up your gaming company. Anjouan does not require you to run your operation through an Anjouan company. Instead, it is possible for you to set up your gaming company in another jurisdiction. If choosing to do so, extreme care must be taken in selecting a suitable jurisdiction, as not all jurisdictions allow their companies to engage in gaming activities.

Once the company has been incorporated, it may then prepare its application for a gaming licence. It will be necessary to provide detailed information about the company’s intended activities and target markets. Information will also be required about its directors, shareholders and beneficial owners. An integral component of the application documents will be the company’s policy manual, addressing topics such as anti-money laundering, responsible gaming and fair play.

The licence application fee is payable upon submission of the application to the Anjouan Betting and Gaming Board (ABGB). The Board will normally review the application within 3 to 4 weeks. Once the application has been approved, the company will be asked to pay the licence fee. The Board will then issue the licence upon receiving the gaming licence fee. The company is then free to start its gaming operations.

Netstorm Consulting can assist you in drafting a suitable policy manual. We will also prepare and submit your application, ensuring that the documents are accurate and complete, thus avoiding any risk of delays or rejection of your application.
